Dried Oyster Mushrooms
Wild & Cultivated Oyster Mushrooms
These Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus) grow wild in forests on the stumps of Poplar, Cottonwood, and Willows along creeks and in moist wooded areas — and are also one of the most commonly cultivated mushrooms in the world. Prized for their delicious, delicate mild flavor and light velvety texture, they are a favorite of chefs and home cooks alike.
Small-Farm Quality, Naturally Grown
Our Oyster Mushrooms are imported from a small family farm in Asia, naturally cultivated on a sterilized medium, then harvested, cut to size, and naturally air dried to preserve their beautiful color and texture — pure mushroom, nothing added.
Delicate Flavor, Endless Uses
Their mild flavor won't overpower a dish — instead they absorb and complement the flavors around them, making them incredibly versatile. Use them in:
- Seafood dishes — they take on the seafood flavor beautifully
- Soups, stews, and casseroles
- Stir-fries and rice dishes
- Served alongside pork or chicken as a tender, flavorful side
Rated MILD on the Mushroom Flavor Scale — perfect for delicate dishes where subtlety is key.
