Dried Lions Main Mushrooms
Organic Lion's Mane Mushrooms
Lion's Mane mushrooms (Hericium Erinaceus) are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion's mane as they grow. Prized for both their culinary versatility and wellness properties, they are one of the most fascinating and sought-after mushrooms in the world.
Brain, Heart & Body Benefits
Lion's Mane contains bioactive substances with beneficial effects on the brain and heart. They also contain compounds known to stimulate the growth of brain cells and help protect them from damage associated with Alzheimer's disease. However, more human research is needed.

How to Use
Rehydrate your dried Lion's Mane mushrooms by placing them in a bowl, covering with hot tap water, and soaking for 30 minutes. After soaking, gently strain and rinse, pat dry with a paper towel, and use as you would fresh mushrooms.
Tip: 1 oz of dried mushrooms is equal to about 8 oz of fresh. Store your dried mushrooms in the freezer — they will keep their flavor, color, and last indefinitely.
