Dried Chantrerelle Mushrooms
Wild-Harvested Pacific Northwest Chanterelle Mushrooms
Chanterelle mushrooms (Cantharellus Cibarius) grow wild in the forests of the USA, Europe, and Asia — and are among the most beautiful mushrooms in the forest. With their bright golden color, they can be spotted from a distance against the backdrop of autumn foliage. Sought after by culinary experts around the globe, they are also known as Golden Chanterelle or Egg Mushroom, prized for their appealing fruity fragrance and wonderful taste.
Oregon Wild-Harvested, Pure & Clean
Our Chanterelles are harvested from their natural environment in the forests of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, then cleaned, sliced, and naturally air dried — pure mushroom, nothing added.
Fruity Aroma, Endless Uses
With their fruity aroma and rich earthy flavor, dried Chanterelles will add wonders to your cooking. Use them in:
- Omelets and egg dishes
- Sauces, gravies, and stuffings
- Sautéed with garlic and white wine over your favorite meats
